not downloading

i've spent a long time editing my video only to discover that it won't download. i've tried clearing my cache/cookies and all other suggestions found online. i appreciate that this is a free app but it's actually worse than paying for something if you dedicate hours to editing only to find you can't download it. really not impressed.
