Not letting me upload images

Loading photos into express has not been possible for me for quite some time now, months ago the web app extension on Google would not take an image unless I dropped the image into adobe express.com editor and then it wouldn't let me upload a photo app on my MacBook now neither of them work I can't upload anything at all and express is completely useless to me as well as anything on the website

Welcome to the Adobe Express community! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know which browser and operating system you are using? Is this happening with all images or with a specific one? Are you on VPN? Did you try switching the internet connection to check if that helps?

 

Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference.

If the above-mentioned steps don't work,  please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.
