Not loading media / Unexpected problem

1. Lately Adobe Express doesn't load the media. As much as we refresh it, delete the cookies, we even deleted the whole search history, it is not an internet problem either. It does let you edit text and change colors but just doesn't load any media or templates. This doesn't always happen, sometimes we clear out the cookies and it works, but sometimes nothing can make it work. My coworker found out that if she opens two windows of Adobe E it loads, but it doesn't happen for all the other teammates.

2. The other problem, which not allowing us to use AE at all is this error. I tried to google it but there was no information, it appears a couple of minutes or seconds after opening AE.
