I have some questions to better understand the issue:
- On what kind of device are you using Express, computer browser, phone, iPad, etc.?
- Are you receiving any kind of error message? 
- Does the issue happen all the time or only in certain instances?
- Would it be possible to share some screenshots of the issue?
