Not loading properly

I am unable to do any work, adobe is not loading properly. When trying to replace a photo, just does not allow

    Thanks for your reply.

     

    I have got it to work by disabling all adblock software and also the 'mace' function on my PIA VPN.

     

    Seems the latter was blocking the functionality, as just diabling the adblock software did not change the situation.

    I had the exact same problem. I even tried a different browser on a different computer and it still didn't work. Eventually, I used a VPN to 'change my location' and that solved the problem.

    When within a project - the left taskbar items do not work when selected. i.e Clicking on Elements just shows blank white, the same with Grid, Text, Media and templates.

     

    Under Search or Explore, the page shows nothing except the image place holders which are stuck in loading permanently.

     

    I have tried deleteing cache cookies etc, restarting, using Microsoft Edge, updating - none have changed the situation.
