Hi, Im adding a new photo from Adobe to my design, and it keeps showing a grey block in stead of the photo!! ITS FRUSTRATING!!!!

I have the same issue on my work laptop (not on my personal one) when accessing any stock assets from the media panel. Did you find a resolution to this? Thanks

Where are you adding the new image from, the Media panel and Stock assets or uploading your own? Which browser are you using? Have you tried refreshing your browser? With Adobe Express being web-based the quickest and easiest fix is to close tabs and restart. 

 

If you are still expereiencing a problem please share a screenshot of your browser window with the project open and give as much information as possible about the problem.
