Nothing is working

Tried to use Adobe Express. I have a fast computer and fast internet and nothing is loading. No presets, Fotos, Videos etc. I have a creative Cloud bundle for a week now, but if this is how it works I have to cancel and ask for a refund. Regards, Deniz
