No images or templates loading. I can't get anything outside of my projects to load.

    It loaded when I refreshed my window.  Not sure what it was?

    This sounds a lot like https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/the-left-popout-menu-isn-t-working/idc-p/14178420

     

    For the user who reported that issue, they found that an adblocker was blocking access to an essential network endpoint. Could you check if the same applies for you.
