I get them, but when I click on the icon to see them, they don't show.

Welcome to the Adobe Express Community!!

This shouldn't be happening. Would you mind trying once after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser to check if that makes any difference? You can also try using other recommended browsers like Edge, Safari, or Google Chrome; make sure you use the official builts only.
