Obtaining anchor links from the preview page do not function.

Hello,

In school, I often need to have links to specific sections. I learned the hard way that using the preview button to copy anchor links doesn't function. I now have to copy the page link, paste it into a new window, and then copy the anchor link.

I am attaching a video. Please don't say it's a feature.

And why can't I add an Express URL? to this post? I get this error.
