Old files

We are sorry for your difficulties. 

Can you share the full screenshot? Are you looking for files you created using the previous Adobe Express version? Have you tried accessing your old files by clicking on Access Files, as shown in the screenshot attached? If yes, then your files would be in the folder named [Originals]

You can also clear the cache/cookies of the browser to check if that makes any difference.

Please let me know if you're able to access it.
