One of my files did not migrate

I am very upset. My logo file on the regular version did not convert to Express. When I logged in this morning on Adobe regular & went to edit my logo file, it asked me to convert it. I was getting an error that something went wrong. I tried a few more times. So after reading the FAQ, I logged out and logged back in which then got me to the new Adobe Express. All my previous files loaded expect my logo file. This logo has been published everywhere I need to to be able to edit it. Please help.
