One of my recent adobe projects is missing

Sorry to hear that! Since Adobe Express projects are normally auto-saved to your Adobe account, the first thing I'd check is whether you're signed in with the same Adobe ID and the correct profile (Personal, School, Business, or Team), as projects can appear missing if a different profile is selected!

Could you also check your cloud files here and see if the image appears there or in the Deleted section?

​​​​​​​Deleted cloud files are typically retained for 30 days and can be restored if they appear in the Deleted folder.

If you still can't find the project, please let us know:

• Whether you're signed in with a Personal, School, Work, or Team account

• Whether the missing image is absent from both the iOS app and the web version of Adobe Express

• The approximate name of the project (if you remember it)

That information will help us investigate further.
