Opening a project in adobe express does not load and the page sits empty

When I open a project from the express homepage, it loads like normal (getting everything ready loading screen) but then it turns gray and noting loads nor can you interact with anything. Attached image shows my screen and even after 30 mins, it remains the same.

    A few things that would help us dig in further:

    • Which browser and device are you using?
    • Does this happen with every project, or just specific ones?
    • Have you tried a different browser or an incognito window to see if it makes a difference?

    If it's still happening after that, a HAR file captured while the project fails to load would help our team see what's going on behind the scenes. Here's a guide on generating one: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/generate-har-file.html
