Orientation of images changing on their own when downloading MP4

I am create reels for social media and have create one made up of several still images (I do this alot) but this time when I download the MP4 file all of the images have been roated to the incorrect orientation in the video. When I view and work on my file all the images are up the correct way, I can also download single JPEG/PNG from the file and they are the correct orientation - what is going on here? how can I fix?

Thank-you for your response - this is only happening with this specific file although when I scroll through "my files" I can see some of my other files (still images / video) are shwoing rotated images in preview - but not all.

Have not tried from a download mobile device as I only have my my computer - have sent you a DM. 🙂

This shouldn't be happening. Can you please confirm if this is happening with all the video exports or just this specific file? Have you tried exporting this from a mobile device to see if that makes any difference?

We might need edit access to this file to investigate the cause of the issue. Would you be able to share this with us via a community DM? We'd then request access to it via our test account.
