I can only see the "recent" files, but not my folders. Please help!

Hi @default31708654cipv28,

 

We're sorry for your experience with the new Express version. Are you referring to the files you created in the previous version of Adobe Express? If yes, try the steps mentioned below:-


1. Log into Adobe Express on desktop.
2. From the homepage, navigate to Your Stuff.
3. Select Access files from within the blue tile - this will take you to the prior file organizer where your files live.  

4. Hover over the file that you want and select Move file.

5. Select Continue on the notification.

6. Select Convert for desktop in the pop-up window to convert the file.
