Original generation and prompt is gone

Hello Adobe, I cannot find the prompt I engineered, it disappeared after I decided to save the thumbnail I chose. Now I don't have a way to recreate all the other options that were generated. Does it exist somewhere that I'm not seeing? Thank you for your attention.
