Outline Style Options Mot Showing

I am using Adobe Express 30.0.0 on an iPhone 17 Pro Max. The outline styles have disappeared from the app, no matter which font I select. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well as powering off and then powering on my phone again. Is there a fix for this? Please see below.

When using the mobile app, I select the text I need to outline, select effects, select outline and open the feature. The feature opens but it is blank inside with no outline features available.
