Output rendering with artifacts

Since the Beta went live, we've noticed a lot of resolution artifacts being introduced into downloads regardless of which format used. I create the graphic, view it at 100% and then download as a png, jpg, or pdf, and the resulting graphic looks blocky and low res with excessive stairstepping on curves or angles. This wasn't true last week.
