paid subscribtion but cannot use images

Sorry to hear about that and for not helping you sooner.

Did you see any error messages when you wanted to use images? Please share a screenshot of the images you want to use. Did you try to log out of your session and log in again?  Trying with a different browser, such as Google or Safari, may help. Do you see any changes?
