Past Web Pages

I'm a headmaster in the UK and I used Spark - now express to create a weekly parent page summarising the week with photos, articles etc. I cannot access my past files anymore - 5 years worth of archived pages have disappeared. Term starts this week and my account no longer looks or performs like it used to - please help!!!
