pdf combine error

HI, there´s something wrong when I try to combine multiply pdf:s ???? Three docu comes out gray ???? What´s going on ? And also when trying the new Adobe Express, it downloads the combined file but God knows to where ???? Since I don´t get an option to choose where to download it ??? Please help.
