PDF Download Issues

When downloading projects as a pdf, it loads to 90% and then says "error. Try again." I have tried this on multiple browsers over different days.

Sorry about the downloading issue.

 

Can you share a screenshot of the error message? Are they multipage projects or not? We suggest using a different browser (Safari, Google Chrome) or using private mode.

 

You may need to disable any plugins or extensions you have installed on your browser. If the issue persists, please share the URL of your project in a private message.
