When downloading a printable PDF the final document is not showing the fonts, and size, it was created with or correct formating of paragraphs. When downloading as a PNG, font and formatting is correct, attached examples.

I'm having this same issue! When I download the PDF, all of my text blocks move over to the left, but when downloading a PNG everything stays centered. It doesn't matter if I do a PDF standard or PDF print.

Font used: ITC Avant Garde Gothic Pro

Font Montserrat seems to stay centered when downloaded.

Hello @Grace3411931783lp, thanks for reaching out.

Since your text stays centered in PNG but shifts in PDF, the issue may be related to how the font is interpreted during PDF export. To help resolve this, please try converting your text block to SVG before exporting, as this can preserve its position. Additionally, group your text blocks with nearby elements (like shapes or images) by selecting them together and choosing "Group" from the toolbar—this helps maintain layout consistency. If you're using the web app, switching to a different browser like Chrome or Edge might also help. Let us know how it goes, I'm here to support you!

Best,

Hi

@Lynley324267020h57

,

Welcome to the community! Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Are you referring to differences in font boldness between the PNG and PDF exports? Could you let us know which font you're using?

 Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies, check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

Regards,
