PDF Downloads Broken

Hi, PDF downloads are broken. I have tried Firefox, Vivaldi, Chrome and Edge, broken in all. I've tried the Windows app, also broken. When are you going to fix this? I've tried printing all pages, a single page, printing selected pages with all selected. Nothing works.
