PDF not downloading all elements

Hello! when i download as an image it works fine, but when i download as a pdf the background color is missing and the image i uploaded is missing.

Thanks for sharing the files; this shouldn't be happening. I'll reach out to our team and see what suggestions they have! 

Meanwhile you can try downloading the project as a JPEG and then convert in to PDF using the Adobe Express quick actions. Also, let us know if this happens with every project or its this specific one.
