PDFs are blank after upload

On Express, when I attempt to upload a PDF to crerate a template it is blank.

I tried to upload the PDF directly. The file ends up blank - and I was also not able to create the template from the on the fly menu.

Thanks for your response. Did you try with another PDF to see if that helps? Some PDFs have file permissions that block processing.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Is there a reason why you're uploading a PDF to make the template? Was this a PDF you downloaded from Express? Are you able to create a template successfully from the fly out menu?
