PDFs do not export properly

When viewing the saved pdf file of a graphic, the graphic is missing elements and some of the other elements are distorted or different than then final graphic. This issue does not present with jpg and png. I really miss the old export settings of express as they were very beneficial. I now feel as though I might have to use a different platform in order to be able to export correctly.
