Cuando activas la opcion de personalizar colores, no muestra ninguna opcion para cambiar los colores.

    Hi Tarun, I was trying to add automatic captions to several videos and none of them showed the options to pick colors. I tried in both Google Chrome and Firefox, also deleted my cookies and cache, and still it doesn't show those options.

    The subtitles are added correctly but I can't customize the colors.

    Could you please let us know how you're adding automatic captions to several videos? If possible, can you share a screen recording of the issue? Also, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.

    Hi @Tatoonie,

     

    We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. When I tried on my end, it worked fine. Could you please let us know the format of the video you're using? Is it happening with all videos or specific to this one? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
