Tried to upload a photo 4 times and nothing happens.

Hi @Sue Auclair 

 

Are you noticing this with a specific photo, or any photo? Also, you using the "Upload from device" button in the Media panel, or drag-and-drop to the design canvas?

 

If you could DM me your adobe id (email that you sign in with), I can look into error logs, if any.
