Pictures go out of focus when editing

I use this app to create before and after pictures. When editing pictures they are sharp when I click out of the picture frame, the whole image shifts over slightly and goes out of focus.

I add a very sharp picture to edit, but when I finish my work the picture is all blurred! 

Any body knows why it changes from sharp to blurry! Thank you.
