Could you please share more details on "never accepts the pictures". Does is fail silently, or do you encounter an error? A screenshot or screen-recording will help.
Same I pay for this software and its rubbish, cant even do a simple before and after picture now because it never accepts the pictures. two months now want a full refund and will find somewhere else to us this feature, JOKE
I posted about this bug almost a week ago, and nothing has been fixed nor have I even been responded to. They keep making Express worse and worse with each update.
