I'm having a really hard time getting images to download with expected clarity. I've been using the same exact method for over a year, and now whenever I download an image as a PNG, it becomes pixelated and unusable for print. I download as PNG and later convert to PDF and have had no problems until recently with the change of software

Apologies for the late response. We have been working on enhancing the user experience on Adobe Express and need your help investigating this issue.

If possible, please share the exact steps you followed that resulted in such output. We want to replicate the same workflow for this issue. Sharing a screen recording would be helpful.
