Planning Instagram/FB stories doesn't work

When I try to plan a story for Instagram or Facebook it shows an error message completely unrelated to the content. It's in danish language on my screen, but the Facebook one mentions that I added too many photos (I added 1) and the Instagram one mentions that the video file is not supported (it's a photo). Facebook error message (in danish): Facebook accepterer op til 10 billeder eller 1 video. Fjern overskydende uploads for at gemme dit opslag. Instagram error message (in danish): Instagram accepterer 1 video i MP4- eller MOV-format til udgivelse på Stories. Prøv at skifte opslagstype til “Opslag” for at få mere fleksibilitet.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?

Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies of the browser you're using. You can check this link for more info on how to clear cache and cookies from the browser: https://adobe.ly/3LZGXnb

You can also try signing out and signing in to check if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
