Playback getting stuck

While creating a reel on Adobe Express, the playback on the timeline just gets stuck after about 15-20 seconds. Every single time.

Dear Tarun, 

 

I've tried switching on the firewall and editing in other browsers. The problem persists. I sent you a personal message with Edit permission. I hope you can investigate it, much appreciated.

Thanks for your response. Have you tried using another browser to check if that helps? Try activating the firewall and see if that makes any difference. Also, can you please share the project URL with us with edit access via private message to investigate the issue?

Hi @Tarun Saini , thank you for your reply. The error also happens in other videos, in other browsers and also in the Mac App. I tried multiple Wifi networks as well to no avail. What exactly do you mean with the whitelist? is that browser specific?

I have the same issue. My internet speed is like 200Mbs so that should be fine. If I press play the video staps after a few seconds and a loading icon appears. Basically the tool is non-fnctional like this.

I'm having the exact same issue. Came here to see if anyone else is having issues with Express. It's 9:09 am EST Thursday 1/4/21 and I'm having trouble with express for the second day in a row. I'm just trying to create some simple, short reels and I got the spinning wheel, freezing, incorrect previews in the preview window. I've done eveything I know to try to fix.

We are sorry for your difficulties.  Which browser are you using?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

Also, try restarting your computer.


From Windows browser: Ctrl + Shift + Delete

From Mac browser: Cmd + Shift + Delete

Hard refresh: Ctrl / Cmd + F5 or Ctrl/Cmd + R.

Please let us know if this helps. It also helps us with a screen recording of the workflow to investigate further.
