Playing videos I upload from my macbook still doesn't work

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you share a screenshot of where you're attempting to play them, but it's not working? I wondered if the issue may be related to how or what app created the videos that aren't playing. If you create a video from Adobe Express and attempt to play it do you encounter the same issue?
