Please get rid, or relocate, this menu bar

The most recent update (or at least it's recent that I noticed) created this "edit page" or sometimes "rewrite" menu bar that lies directly onto the project. At first, no worries, I will just zoom my project out for the time being so it is not overlapping with this new menu. However, there seems to be some bug that prevents me from zooming out past 30% without it readjusting back. So, I try to zoom out and edit something that is being covered by this new menu pop-up, which already horribily placed, and after 2-3 click it reverts to being annoyinging covered again. Example attached. Please, fix this.

We're with you. The new contextual task bar is just as irritating and poorly positioned as its desktop cousin. But in Express, you cannot move it or hide it. It's causing a lot of confusion as team members expect to find tools applicable to their task and find it lacking; for example: margins and bleeds. Every adobe application has bleed and margins located with the document settings. So why, in Express, would you bury it under files?  Why not include it with Resize or Edit Page panels?

Its hard to believe Adobe doesnt user test this stuff but Express screams of poor process, flow, and UI.

Projects, Libraries, Brands, Files—incredibly confusing to users and difficupt to create an SOP for. The platform has so much promise but it fails because it lacks workflow.

Express is confounding and confusing to use as a platform and the latest updates introduce new questions.

Hi @Adbe Patient,

Could you please share a screen recording of the issue as suggested by @Amitej S?

Hi @katie_3640, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! Thanks for posting here!

Could you share a screen recording of the workflow for adjusting the zoom past 30%? Does it get stuck at 30% zoom? I was able to reach 10% using Ctrl and mouse scroll. The Edit page option comes when you click an area without any asset in the editor window or workspace. The 'Replace' option appears when any asset or image is selected, and the 'Rewrite' option appears when any text is selected.

Getting a screen recording of what you mentioned would help us understand and investigate the issue better. Also, try recording while working in incognito/private browsing mode, to ensure that it isn't a one-time issue and is reproducible.

We are here to help, just need more info!

Best!
