png convert svg - 90% of the image is missing when opening it with PS

I converted the png with Chrome and with Edge now - both doesn't work. In the browser it shows the image perfectly, though when I try to open the download in Photoshop it only shows me about 10 % of it (like a 2 cm stip from the left). Same when I put it on a InDesign Document.
