PNG File Corruption

I have a project and saved the image as PNG. I have been been trying to open the same document and it says file is corrupted. I then tried to open with another program. the file has 0 bytes and will not open.

Is the project a template? Can you tell me the resolution and the size of it? You can see the requirements here: https://adobe.ly/49CcXHt.

 

Did you edit the project in AX before downloading it on your device? Can you please share a screenshot of the project and the error message? It will help us to understand the situation.
