Thanks for reaching out!. It sounds like the fonts are successfully activated through Adobe Fonts but are not being made available within your Adobe Express Brand Library. Since you're using an Education account, font availability can sometimes be managed by your organization's Adobe administrator.

To help us investigate further, could you please confirm:

• Does this issue occur only with Helvetica Neue LT Pro and Neue Haas Grotesk, or with other Adobe Fonts as well?
• Are you able to see and use all font variants in other Adobe applications, or are they unavailable there as well?
• Which browser are you using with Adobe Express?
• Have you tested with another Adobe account or device?
