Poor Quality When Exporting Display Size Graphics

I created multiple display ad sized assets in Adobe Express and when I export them, the quality is really low. I have tried all the ways to export to see which is better res and they all export low quality. I am having to bring the ads in PS and redo some things but since I created all of these in Express, it would be a pain to redo them all in PS/Ai when the quality looks fine when working within express, only when the asset is exported, the quality is gone. Is there a better way to export small sized ads to retain the quality?

Hi there,

The exported image looks bad indeed. I tried now in Express to export at the same size and the results look much better. Please note that a new option is available to scale the document before downloading. The exported image is not scaled and is 1080x400 (close to yours). Can you please retry and give a sample of your exported design now?

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know if this is happening with single or all projects. Which export formats are affected by this? Is the issue reproducible consistently, or does it occur intermittently? Which browser are you using?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies.

Please check this link for more information on hoe to clear cache and cookies: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050

Let us know if that helps.
