poor running speed

I've been using the desktop version of Adobe Express for about 2 weeks now & I have noticed that its operational speed is getting slower and slower. It is now so slow that it is becoming hard to use and requires regular refreshing of the page to fix freezes. It's a shame because it is a very helpful tool for people like myself without graphic design training.

We're sorry to hear about this issue. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps. Also, try switching to another internet connection and let us know if that helps.
