poor upload quality

I have uploaded a photo into Express web version to create a Christmas card. However, when comparing the photo that uploaded vs. my original file on my computer, the photo in Express looks fuzzy and less quality. I don't see anywhere to check this or fix. I see someone else asked the same thing on the Community Forum which hasn't been answered yet.

Thank you,

Katie

Hi @Katie34140303h7ac. Express often applies compression to optimize file sizes for faster loading, especially on web versions.

Here are a few things you can try to improve the image quality:

Check the resolution: Ensure the photo you're uploading has a high enough resolution to begin with.

Resize the image before uploading: If you're working with a large image, you might want to resize it to the dimensions you'll be using for the card in Adobe Express.

Download the image from Express in the best possible quality: After uploading, when you download the image or the final project, check if it’s being saved at a higher quality (e.g., PNG or PDF for print).

Use a different format: If you are uploading a JPEG, try converting it to PNG before uploading. PNG files tend to retain more detail and have less compression.

Let me know if these suggestions help.

Thanks,

Chaimaa.
