I paid for the premium subscription and they're still asking me to subscribe again, what should I do!?

I can confirm with the account you posted here that there is an active Adobe Express subscription. Therefore, you shouldn't be receiving such messages, and you should also be able to use the premium features.
I suggest logging out of all devices, clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and then retrying to log in to Adobe Express with the same Adobe ID.
