Premium User - Unable to create Link

Hello! I am a premium user and every month I create a link to share with our organization. I am not able to do this at the moment- it keeps taking me to a start 30 day trial for premium user and I am already a premium user. I should be able to publish and create a link. Please help!

I haven't been able to replicate this issue.

I just came across your thread and wanted to know if you still need help, as our engineering team fixed some bugs.
