PRESENTER NOTES BUG

PROBLEM: When I add presenter notes on my slideshow weird things happen, but not consistently.

INCLUDING:

  • whole slides disappearing
  • content disappearing (the text in part of a table disappeared)

The files are not deleted because they are not in the deleted files in the cloud. They are GONE.
HACK: I went back to recreate the slide and content of the table. Then, I duplicated the presentation so I could replace the files if needed.

  1. Version of the app: ADOBE EXPRESS
  2. Platform and OS version: Chrome Mac OS Sonoma
  3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem: The problem happens intermittently
  4. Expected result and actual result: I expect to able to add notes and not to have to hack Adobe express and my waste time to complete this simple task.

Another bug. If I try to delete the text in a presenter note, the slide gets deleted.

Great work explaining the issue; thanks for all the details. I tried to replicate the issue you've mentioned, but I'm getting a slightly different behavior. I'm on a Windows 11 machine using Google Chrome browser.

I'll be reporting this to the product team, but I would also need a screen recording from you for the device you mentioned to investigate the workflow and the behavior. Could you share one where the slide gets deleted when the text in the presenter's note is deleted?
