Pressing backspace in any text field goes back a page, rather than deleting text

Expected behaviour: Pressing backspace in a text field in the scheduler should delete the previously typed character. Current behaviour: Pressing backspace goes back one page in the browser, as if there is no active text field. Tested in Edge on MacOS Ventura and Windows 11

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know if this is happening with one or all projects. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?

 

Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Please check this link for more information on how to clear cache and cookies: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
