Preview no longer working and No Print options after August 24 Update

Since the update we can no longer see a preview of the work - it's just a blank page.

And we used to be able to print a pdf booklet of the website/newsletter we ctreated...but now we can't even print a page.

Can you help...this is madness and messy and frustrating.
