Problem can tbe resolved since 1 week

I cant delete the problematic specific design that creates trouble with all designs for already one week. I demand immediate resolving otherwise i will have to cancel my purchase. Since then it is nearly impossible to ceate - it looks like a virus that has been downloaded and activated wit using one of the premium pictures.
