Problem with cancelling my plan – Adobe account panel doesn’t work

I'm having an issue with Adobe's website in the customer panel. I want to cancel my plan, but the account page isn’t working. It keeps loading forever and I can't access any settings.

I've already contacted technical support. I tested this in three different browsers, cleared cache, and followed every instruction sent by support. Nothing helps.
Support keeps sending me a link to the cancellation instructions, but that page also doesn’t work. I cannot cancel the subscription myself because the site is broken.

Support also refuses to cancel the plan for me and redirects me back to the same non-working panel.

What should I do in this situation?
Can someone cancel the plan manually or at least fix the account page so I can do it?

I’m asking the community for help because support is not responding to my emails and the problem has been going on for days.

Hi @Klakson_Majkel5493, it appears that the help pages and support chat aren't working for you. 

You may want to try using a different device and internet connection to see if that makes any difference.

How to cancel your trial or subscription

If you purchased directly from Adobe

Take these steps to cancel your individual trial or subscription from your Adobe account.

Select Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.

Select Cancel your plan.

Check your plan's details and then select Continue to cancel.

Indicate the reason for cancellation, and then select Continue.

Review the cancellation details and then select Confirm cancellation.

 

Once completed, check your email for a confirmation from Adobe. You can also check your account page to verify that you have successfully canceled your plan.

If you purchased from third-party providers

If you purchased your subscription through a third-party provider (such as AppleGoogle, or Microsoft), your account is managed by them, and their specific subscription and cancellation terms apply. Refer to their documentation to manage your account.
